WHAT IS IT?

In this experience, your team brings your company’s core values to life — not just in words, but through the power of motion pictures. Using scenes and images from their favorite movies, team members connect personally and visually to what you stand for, creating a shared language of values everyone can see, feel, and put into action

WHO IS IT FOR?

REEL VISION & VALUES is for either existing teams that want to rally their people around their values/vision OR the leadership team of a startup who is trying to establish and articulate their values/vision.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Team members choose scenes from their favorite movies to give a motion picture for their “Why”. REEL Facilitators lead an exploration in synthesizing and defining both a personal association to the company’s values/vision, as well as collective expression.

WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?

Increased engagement, as a result of each team member bringing an expression from their movies to the conversation. But also, a strong visual articulation of your purpose, your values and vision. And this visual articluation of your “Why” will be fun, more memorable and “sticky” long-term than the usual word-based exercises in visioncasting.
