WHO IS IT FOR?

REEL STORYBOARD is for teams looking for both a fun and insightful way to increase connection. It is especially valuable for new teams or team leaders who are trying to get to know each other in a meaningful way to build a team culture of trust.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

REEL STORYBOARD is a full day experience in-person. NOTE- we do offer a STORYBOARD LITE version that is a half day in-person or virtual. Prior to the experience, team members use our our custom REEL app to discover and submit their Top 10 movies, During the experience, participants rotate through facilitated breakouts with different groupings of team members, as they watch trailers and explore their favorite movies.

WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?

Feeling seen and known is key to team members’ engagement, their desire to collaborate and their productivity. REEL STORYBOARD accelerates time-to-value by fostering team chemistry and trust. This experience also comes with pre and post-briefs for the team leader to maximize pull-through and coaching/development opportunities for each team member.
